8.20 am : 150ml Water
9.30 am : Kurma 2 biji
11.00 am : Salad (Baby Choral, Choral, Tomatoes, Cucumber), Dressing (Lemon, Honey, Cutie Pie Sauce), Kentang 1 biji
1.00 pm : Lunch ( Rice, Salad, Sup Ayam )
2.30 pm : Water 200ml
4.00 pm : 200ml Susu
6.00 pm : Dinner ( Rice, Salad, Sup Ayam )
8.00 pm : Pisang
9.00 pm : Yogurt
10.00 pm : Susu 200ml, Kurma 3 biji
